testing

Hello. I was wonder what dependencie do i have to include in my pom, to have my tests runned automatically while compiling the application.
Im using junit for testing, and maven, hibernate for my application. ive written the load test, which will insert stuff to database, but at the moment i have to run it from the eclipse, but would like to have it done while compiling the app.
