How to communicate with 2 or more applications using Mule by springWS

Hi All
Nowadays sounds like MULE is amazing ,so we are planning to intgerate mule into our development area. We are very eager to know about MULE and planned to implement in all our applications.

We are aware that by using Mule as a middleware we can communicate with 2 or more applications without any code dependencies.
Since we are initiating this as a core concept in our applications, we are using tecnologies JSF 2.0, Spring Web Flow 2.1, Spring IOC and Hibernate 3.0

We would like to know, how by using spring Web services and to communicate with 2 or more applications using Mule as a ESB. Would it be possible? if Yes, then how to implement. Could you guide me in the process?
