Push-in refactoring problems

Hi All,
I was reading chapter 6.3.1. Specificly:

To remove Roo from a project, you need to import the project into Eclipse or SpringSource Tool Suite. Once the project has been imported into Eclipse, right-click the project name in Package Explorer and select Refactor > Push-In Refactor. If this option is missing, ensure that you have a recent version of AJDT installed.

I do not see the Push-in Refactor menu selection.
How do I " ensure that you have a recent version of AJDT installed" ?

Hi,

Select "About Eclipse" from the Help menu then on the resulting dialog look for a button with AJ on it. (If its not obvious which one there's some tool tips when you mouse over these.)

Clicking on this button will show you what Aspect J version is installed.
For extra details click Plugin details.

Compare this with the latest versions available for download at #
http://www.eclipse.org/ajdt/

In my case I have Aspect J 1.610 and AJDT 2.11.
If I right click on a Roo project in eclipse (Helios) then under Refactor I can see "Push In..." but selecting this doesn't seem to do anything.
