Hello all!

Sorry for the OT posting, but I couldn't think of a better group to ask. I am looking for an online class on Design Patterns or Java Design Patterns. Current company I work for needs measurable metrics for yearly performance reviews. Reading a book on patterns and then creating a demonstration(or production) application using the patterns won't cut it. They need to assign a number/grade. Pretty sad...
