Can't deploy project - get 404

Hi,
I tried to deploy a web application which we developed with Spring Roo. The project works for the other team members but not for me. I fail to deploy it.
I'm using the internal webserver and deploy it in the STS.
When I open the manager application (from tomcat) it shows the application as deployed. when I click on the link, I get a 404.
Same when the window opens after I deploy the application via run as -> on webserver.
