Hi
I hope this is the appropriate forum for this.
With XHTML2 (and therefore Xforms) meandering it's way to approval, I was wondering whether there was any mileage (or interest) in considering the implementation of a Spring xforms 'stack' (i.e. RCP 'thin' applet which understands and renders xforms markup + serverside XformsController(s)).
As XHTML2 comes on stream, this could give Spring developers a head start - or at the very least minimize the migration work required on the web tier. In the meantime, we all (the app developers) get to learn about xforms (which is now a W3C Recommendation) and our users get want they think they need
Whilst I don't consider my Java skills quite up to the standards of the regular Spring contributors, I'd be quite willing to spend time testing/debugging etc. and generally trying to contribute as much as I can.
Philip
