Offering to contribute an Infinispan backed implementation of Spring's CacheManager

I'm currently writing an implementation of

org.springframework.cache.CacheManager

for JBoss Infinispan and would like to eventually contribute the results to Spring. So

1. Are you interested in this contribution?
2. If yes, what do I need to do to have my contribution accepted?
3. Is there any documentation for developers willing to contribute to Spring Extensions?

Side note: The list of already proposed extensions is only accessible if one has a login for the Spring wiki. This is a little unfortunate.
