Hi, is this a valid xml configuration?

I am trying to use the stuff from tonr application from http://spring-security-oauth.codehaus.org/tutorial.html into my custom application to authenticate with linkedin.Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'oauth:consumer'.
