Does Spring WS provide any convenient way of returning business exceptions? I am not talking about SAX Validation Errors, but properly marshaled messages that violate business rules. My web service wraps an internal API so I need some way of reporting back business exceptions to the remote user. Should they be SOAP faults? What's the correct direction? I don't have much experience in this area so if anyone can help, I would appreciate your feedback.
