Roadmap for popular issues?

Hi, I often check the jira I would like to know how the popular issues are included in the roadmap.
I think this list has a double intention:
First one is to provide feedback to springsource team and show what are the community's wishes for the product.
Second one is to offer the community the chance of develop the issues for themselves.

The fact is the top 10 of that issues do not change. There are popular issues almost 1,5 years old... and most of them are integration tasks which are really hard to do without enough proficiency and knowledge of roo.
Is there any chance including some of them (maybe top 10) in the roadmap for next versions?
