I would like to return a generic error message to my view. One that is not associated with any of the fields on the view. Much like that specified at the end of the thread found here ->...

Can someone provide an example of how you declare a model object that is placed in the view scope? I haven't seen an example of this in any of the documentation. Just tells me that it can be done.
