Newbie question: How to create a web-bundle

HI there I am just getting started working with virgo and sts from the milestone site. I have created a bundle that finally deploy successfully now and want to make a web-bundle out of it. What would be the right steps to get that deployed with sts ?

Dows it have to be a web project or can I just include the WEB-INF folders somewhere ? how will STS notice that ?

Btw I found that "Export Bundle" from the Manifest editor does not respect the bundle class path which makes it more or less useless for building library bundles.

Any help would be appreciated.
