Reference Manual feedback please!

In the html 2.0.4 release ref manual section "A.2 Where to get samples" the link to the git samples actually is just a link back to the ref manual (http://static.springsource.org/sprin...e/htmlsingle/#) instead of http://git.springsource.org/spring-integration/samples.

potential typo: use of effect or affect

affect –verb (used with object)
1. to act on; produce an effect or change in

Section 18.7 Message Conversion, Marshalling and Unmarshalling
...'extract-request-payload' and 'extract-reply-payload' properties may effect what actual objects are passed to your converter...

The 2.0.4 reference refers to a class I did not find in the release distribution zip file. Did this class move?

The online HTML manual makes reference to a MapBasedChannelResolver. This doesn't exist anymore as far as I can tell.
