problem with FormModel of a Map object!Please help!

I wrote a FormModel with a Map Object,now I has a problem,when I binding many components into the form,the last JTextField can't display the error icon,I don't konw why,please help me.

I got some screenshots of this problem.

1. Init state, the last JTextField can't display the error icon

2. When I type a word into the first JTextField,the last JTextFiled (address) can display the error icon

3.When I delete the word,it seems normal... :(

The hole project code were packed in the attachment files except spring & spring rich client...etc jars wich necessary,because big attachments is unsupported in this forum,the jars can't upload to this forum,sorry!

Please tell me why!
