When would be spring 1.3 released ? I believe this would have portlet support and iam interested specifically in WebSphere Portal Server Support.

Check out JIRA - you'll see the roadmap and the issues which needs solving until the final release.
The Spring portlet support package can be downloaded from the Wiki which from my experience has become fairly stable. As far as my project is concerned, far more problems come from the evolving portlet containers themselves than those from the Spring portlet framework.Quote:

We are planning to do a project with Spring portlet - in which we would be using an ide like WSAD or RAD. If there is no for Spring Portlet it would be difficult.
