Started need help setting up Neo4j with aspectJ in eclipse a project

Hello all I would like to create a project using Spring-Data, aspectJ and neo4j in eclipse.
In the past couple of days I am strangling with this but I cannot find any resource online to reference how to create and set up a project, only abstract examples.
I can understand how to model my application using spring-data I had an example up and running but when I tried to use the aspectJ the project wont run any more. This is my pom.xml
