FileNotFoundException when looking for ServletContext file

Spring Newbee...

I have a small app originating from the Spring MVC template..

When deploying the webapp as a war file, it works.. but then deploying as an ear file I get a

21:35:36,041 ERROR [org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoader] (MSC service thread 1-3) Context initialization failed: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanDefinitionSt oreException: IOException parsing XML document from ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/spring/root-context.xml]; nested exception is java.io.FileNotFoundException: Could not open ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/spring/root-context.xml]
