Issue with special characters in password for LDAP authentication

Hi all,

we are using core 2.5.6 ; security 2.0.6 and ice faces in our project
The issue is with the ldap authentication.
we are able to successfully authenticate the users but users who have characters like # and & are facing the problem in logging.
we are getting the below error:
