Spring Workflow vs. Spring Web Flow

Hi everybody,

I'm new here at the forum.
I've used Spring before but now I was looking for information about:
1. - Spring Workflow : http://www.springsource.org/extensions/se-workflow and
2. - Spring Web Flow : http://www.springsource.org/spring-web-flow

And I'm a little bit confused about the difference between these two.
I don't know if I'm right, but it seems that the 1st one is kind of "abandoned"; While the second one is being widely used.
