SpringSourc ToolSuite javascript “Open Declaration” not possible

Hello, I work on a web Project with Grails in STS and I have no Javascript code completion or the possibility to jump to a declaration, I got it working with the same STS configuration and Workspace on a other PC sometimes, so I know that it can work.

I tried already to install various Plugins, no one of them had a effect:
