Automatic creation of DataLoader CLI batch processes to copy data from SFDC to Oracle

Hello all. We urgently need to create some interfaces using Apex Data Loader Command Line Interface to export directly data from Salesforce to an Oracle Database in one shot. I have read in the Data Loader developers guide that all the configuration files are based on Spring Framework. Do you know if there is a way/tool to generate through this Spring Framework the configuration files in an automated way partially or completely????. Thank you in advance and best regards.
