Release Versions of Showcase/Greenhouse

Hi,

Thanks for all the work on getting Spring Social to its first release version. And well done!

As I suspect applies to many people, it is only possible for us to include dependencies on "released" versions of Spring, Spring Social etc within the products that we develop as an organisation. For this reason it would be very useful if the Spring Social Showcase and Greenhouse were available with dependencies only on release versions of Spring jars, without reference to snapshots and milestones. I realise that many people may be interested in following the development, for example, of Spring 3.1 but perhaps this could be achieved via a branch.

Would this be feasible?

We try to do this but it's not always possible. 3.1 is also very near RC1 status, and is quite stable at this point. We will definitely make sure we upgrade to the latest 3.1 RC and ultimately GA release once it's available.
