Problems with creating new jira issues

Ben,

Has the configuration of Spring Batch jira changed? Because I'm not able to create an issue.. when I click on 'Create New Issue' link there is no 'Spring Batch' in Project drop down box. Same problem was reported by one of our early adopters.
