JMS Example

Hi,

can someone give me a link or so on to a Spring - JMS Example with sender and reciever please?

This is the first time I will use JMS.
Because Tomcat is only a WebContainer I can't use JMS there ??
I don't like JBoss so I plan to use SUN AS, is there something special with this AS and JMS ?
