Icicle theme has broken search

When searching and having theme "icicle" some parameters seems to be ignored. E.g. parameter to limit a search to particular forum and whether to search for any or all forms. When I swittch to "acid" search works as it should, but the theme strains my eyes. Could an admin look into this.

I guess its either working search or working eyes for me.

But seriously, can an admin look at it. If it something non trivial/non important, please tell me. But thats much better than not having any response at all.
