Help with forms

Hello I have problems with my forms in spring I have a web and I charge different pages using in a

Spring.addDecoration(new Spring.AjaxEventDecoration({elementId: "url to load",event : "onclick",params: {fragments : "body" }}));

The problem is every web has a form and when I press submit don't go. I glad your help.
