How to build the PetClinic demo and run it?

I found some docs about the demo, e.g. http://www.springframework.org/webapps/petclinic/html/petclinic.html
but it's a web-based demo,not rich-client.
My English is so poor, maybe someone counld understand me. :oops:

the rich-client demo is on the cvs.

if you checkout the whole package, the demo is included.
