Hello,
I'am using WinCVS to get latest files from CVS on Sourceforge. I'm curious. I see this change log message, for example, on some file:
Revision : 1.8
Date : 2004/10/25 14:12:12
Author : 'kdonald'
State : 'Exp'
Lines : +3 -3
Description :
messages fix
Is time 14:12:12, the GMT time of commit, the commiter's local time of commit, or my local time of commit?
Appreciating an answer.
